Light! Design Expo

Our very own Edward Bartholomew will be speaking at IES San Francisco’s Light! Design Expo on June 20th, 2024 on advocacy for equitable lighting, including how to realize quality lighting and beneficial darkness for everyone. This Journey to Light + Justice presentation will be at 6pm.

Other speaker sessions include Specifying Sustainable Luminaires, Lighting for Climate and Human Health and Darkness as an Antidote. There will be a special Light+Justice Night walk also hosted by Edward Bartholomew. This 30 minute walk will expore lighting inequities in public spaces. Once you see the disparity, you cannot unsee it, which can inspire participants to work to provide Just Lighting solutions for everyone.
